Accubuild recently removed and replaced a shower in our ensuite. The process was easy from start to finish, the quality of the work, before, during and at completion was a pleasure to witness and we are delighted with our new shower. We spent quite a bit of time deciding what we wanted and Lee helped us through each step as we are amateurs when it comes to home improvement. Lee spent 4 days in our house, he didnt make a mess, was quiet and courteous and it wasnt really too much of a problem to have Lee in whilst the work was being progressed. Lee and his team recently completed various renovation works on an old house we bought, nothing was a problem and if there were any issues to solve he was always in touch either with a query or for a site visit. Lee and his brilliant team brought our courtyard studio dream to fruition. Designed by Cowards of Cartmel, with planning consent in place, we had asked Robert Brooke for his recommendation as to a builder. Lee accepted the challenge, gave us a clear estimate for the work and the timescale and started work ahead of schedule. Challenges presented themselves along the way only to be overcome with Lee's professional positivity. The final build total even came in just below estimate! Being relatively new to the area and not living at the premises we were lucky enough to find Lee to work for us via a local architect. Lee and the team he picked worked without us being there the vast majority of time and we are really pleased with everything he has done. He started on time kept us up to date with progress and costs and was flexible enough to change things as the job progressed. the site was always tidy and when we arrived unannounced for the weekend interiors were as clean as they could be on a work in progress. would recommend him and have already done so to other family members.
